Julia Lowe

Ms. Lowe graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with a major in International Studies and minor in public health. She has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, both in the United States and Africa. Ms. Lowe plans to attend law school and earn a graduate degree in Public Health. She intends to specialize in global health policy and intellectual property.
